Changes

YORK Label may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the YORK Label Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. YORK Label may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. YORK Label may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials.

Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to any material that gives or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

If we are notified of any defamatory, damaging, illegal or offensive content provided by you, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such content from the Site and we may disclose any content or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site; or (iii) to protect the rights or properties of YORK Label, our users and our Providers.

We reserve the right to prohibit conduct, communications or content that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be harmful to individual users, us, or any third party or that violate applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable content after on-line posting. Accordingly, neither YORK Label, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees or agents shall assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication or content on the Site.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless YORK Label, its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your violation of the Code of Conduct set forth above; and (iii) your activities in connection with this Site.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, YORK Label has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringements:

The user may supply a counter notice that must include the following:

• A statement that the user has a good faith belief that the removal was a result of a misidentification on our part.
• A complete listing of the user's contact information.
• A consent to jurisdiction in federal court.

If our Copyright Agent receives this counternotice, a copy of the counternotice will be sent to the original complaining party. The user's material and access will be restored in 10 to 14 days unless the Copyright Agent is informed that a lawsuit has been filed over the infringing material.

International Users and Choice of Law
This Site is controlled, operated and administered by YORK Label from its offices within the United States of America. YORK Label makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use the Site or export the Materials in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations. If you access this Site from a locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between YORK Label and you with respect to your use of the Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent there, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
