Richard J. Egan - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Egan has over 25 years of experience in the printing industry. He currently serves as President and CEO of LabelCorp Holdings, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries, including YORK Label. As the founder and owner of Egan Acquisition L.L.C, a print consulting firm specializing in Mergers and Acquisition work, Mr. Egan partnered with Windpoint Partners in March, 2006 to start LabelCorp Holdings with the initial purchases of both YORK Label and Industrial Label Corporation. Prior to founding Egan Acquisition, he served five years as President and CEO of Corporate Express Document & Print Management Inc. (CEDPM), a $300 million business forms and pressure sensitive label producer headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Before assuming the position of President and CEO, Mr. Egan served as CEDPM's Senior Vice President, CFO and CIO for three years. Before joining CEDPM, Mr. Egan spent 20 years with Ringier America, Inc., a large print conglomerate headquartered in Itasca, Illinois. During his tenure with Ringier America Mr. Egan served in numerous positions including six years as Senior Vice President and CIO and six years as Vice President, Corporate Controller.
Mr. Egan earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and completed his MBA at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Egan has served on numerous Boards including terms as a Director for the International Business Forms Institute (IBFI) and the Creighton University School of Business. Mr. Egan currently serves as a Director on the LabelCorp Holdings, Inc. Board, as well as all subsidiary company Boards.
Michael J. Polcyn - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Polcyn has over 25 years of experience with leading providers of print products and services. Before joining YORK Label in April 2006, he was the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for WorkflowOne, a top print manufacturing and outsourcing services company. Prior to that, Mr. Polcyn was the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of DST Output, a premier provider of variable image printing solutions. He began his career at Moore Corporation, a premier business forms and services company, before its acquisition by R.R. Donnelly & Company where he culminated his 19 year career as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Polcyn is a CPA who holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of North Texas and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
Christopher J. O'Brien - Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Prior to joining YORK Label in July of 2006, Mr. O'Brien held various management positions in information services for 18 years and spent the past 10 years in the Print Industry. Most recently Mr. O'Brien has served as Vice President of Information Services for Corporate Express Document & Print Management Inc. (CEDPM), a $300 million business forms and pressure sensitive label producer headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. As CIO of YORK, Mr. O'Brien is responsible for all internal facing information systems as well as all external facing information systems. Mr. O'Brien is a graduate of Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
John M. Attayek - Vice President of Sales, Consumer Products and Food
Mr. Attayek has held various field sales and sales management positions with YORK Label and is currently in charge of YORK's Sales and Business Development. Mr. Attayek has been with YORK for over 15 years, and prior to joining YORK, he held sales positions with other industry-leading label converters. Mr. Attayek is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Industrial Relations and works from an office in Greensboro, NC.
David E. Klotter - Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Klotter brings to YORK Label an extensive sales, marketing and business development background with over 12 years experience within the label and packaging industries. As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Mr. Klotter is responsible for the leadership of our company-wide marketing, business development and strategic planning. Most recently, he spent three years as a sales and marketing executive for Multi-Color. Prior to that, Mr. Klotter spent eight years with Avery Dennison managing several regional and national accounts as well as attaining his Six Sigma Certification. Mr. Klotter has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati College of Business.
William S. Harper - Vice President of Operations, Consumer Products and Food
Mr. Harper joined YORK Label as Vice President of Operations, where he leads our team of General Managers at all of the YORK facilities. Mr. Harper has over 25 years of experience in the label and printing industries. Most recently, he was employed with WS packaging as a General Manager of their Fullerton, CA facility. Prior to that, Mr. Harper served as President of the Narrow Web Division of Renaissance Mark, where he started out as the General Manager of the West Coast Division. Mr. Harper earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration from the General Motors Institute. He earned his Masters of Science degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
Julie A. Lane - Corporate Director, Human Resources
Mrs. Lane has held various management roles in human resource management for 14 years and currently leads the human resource function for YORK Label. She has been with YORK for five years. Mrs. Lane is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and holds the certification (PHR), Professional in Human Resources.
Mitchell Kendall - Vice President and General Manger, Cameo Crafts Wine & Spirits Group
Mr. Kendall is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Wine & Spirits Group. He leads all international business development and export business for this market, particularly in Mexico and Chile. With over 26 years of industry experience, he is the third generation of the Kendall family to lead Cameo Crafts which was founded in 1932. Mr. Kendall's ability to develop solid customer relationships has been instrumental in taking Cameo Crafts from a single plant in Montreal to its present position as an international force in the manufacturing of high-end decorative labeling and packaging.
David Goodman - Vice President and General Manager, Cameo Crafts Pharmaceutical Group
With over 28 years of experience in the specialty label industry, Mr. Goodman has formed strong business relationships with the company’s key pharmaceutical customers. He joined the company in 1980 after obtaining an MBA from McGill University in Canada. He currently leads all aspects of the company’s Pharmaceutical business. Mr. Goodman played a key role in developing a proprietary inspection process for major pharmaceutical customer certification programs. This technology has also brought significant value to the company’s high-end wine & spirits customers.
